General Rules and Conditions governing admission to Aqua World Park (hereinafter also referred to simply as the “Park”) and the use of the services offered.

Access to Aqua World is permitted to everyone provided that the following rules are complied with.

By entering the Park, users acknowledge that they have read and understood the contents of these regulations and undertake to comply with them. In any event, the Park shall under no circumstances be held liable for any damage suffered by users as a result of a breach of these regulations. Offenders may be removed from the Park, without prejudice to the Management’s right, in the most serious cases, to report them to the competent public authorities. Please also consult the "Accessibility Guide" (dedicated to guests with disabilities and/or specific needs, where applicable);

1. GENERAL INFORMATION & TICKETING

1.1 Admission tickets purchased are non-refundable under any circumstances. The ticket must be kept by the Customer throughout their entire stay in the Park and, upon request, shown to Park staff and/or the competent Authorities. The Park opening days for the current season can be consulted on the website www.aquaworld.it under the “Info and Opening Hours – Opening Calendar” section. The Park is not required to refund or modify (due to bad weather or reasons arising from Management decisions) any additional services such as menus, access to reserved areas or the rental/booking of parasols, sun loungers or deckchairs. Holders of a 3-park season pass or 3-park ticket may enter solely and exclusively through the internal passageway from Cinecittà World Park. Cinecittà World afternoon tickets and group tickets do not grant admission to Aqua World Park.

1.2 The following additional services are available inside the Park:

Rental of parasols and deckchairs/sun loungers (subject to payment and availability) 2. Locker rental (subject to payment and availability) 3. Use of baby-changing facilities (free of charge) 4. Use of changing cabins (free of charge) 5. Shower service (free of charge) 6. First-aid service (free of charge, first aid only, no medicines are dispensed).

1.3 It is not permitted to remain at or occupy paid parasols and deckchairs/sun loungers:

1.3.1 without being in possession of the purchase voucher/receipt bearing the date of the visit. In such cases, Park staff reserve the right to remove offenders. Personal belongings left at parasols occupied without valid entitlement will be removed by staff to allow use by guests who hold the relevant voucher/receipt. It is not permitted to spread beach towels and/or sarongs, set up camping tents or similar items, or otherwise occupy the space between and in front of the parasols. Free areas indicated on the map are intended for guests who have not rented a parasol.

1.3.2 Guests are advised that packed lunches may not be consumed inside the Park.

1.3.3 Management reserves the right to modify the opening calendar, opening hours and prices without prior notice.

1.3.4 All attractions and the swimming pool close 15 minutes before the Park’s closing time. Management nevertheless reserves the right to bring forward or postpone the opening and/or closing times of the attractions.

1.3.5 Anyone purchasing a Park ticket will have free and unlimited access to the Cinepiscina, the slides and Paradiso, subject to compliance with the regulations of each individual attraction and any changes introduced by Management.

1.3.6 For safety reasons, the Park reserves the right to carry out inspections and checks in order to prevent the introduction of the following prohibited items or substances: 1) illegal substances and alcoholic beverages, 2) rigid portable coolers and refrigerated insulated containers, 3) cans, glass objects and sharp objects, 4) chairs, sun loungers, tents and parasols, 5) bicycles, scooters, skateboards or other similar means of transport, with the exception of pushchairs and wheelchairs, 6) megaphones and musical instruments of any kind, 7) barbecues and portable stoves, 8) weapons of any kind or objects deemed dangerous, 9) inflatable boats and air mattresses (except those intended for infants), 10) carts and pull-along trolleys.

2. GENERAL SAFETY RULES

2.1 In the event of an emergency, guests must strictly follow the instructions given by Park staff. All instructions issued by staff must be complied with; failure to follow such instructions or to respect the staff themselves will result in immediate removal from the Park without entitlement to any refund of the admission ticket.

2.2 Access to areas and/or sections of the Park that are closed to the public and/or reserved exclusively for Park Staff is strictly prohibited.

2.3 In order to ensure guests’ safety, some slides and attractions may be subject to specific access restrictions; guests are therefore required to comply with the rules displayed at the entrance to each attraction, as well as with the instructions provided by Aqua World staff. Due to maintenance requirements, some attractions may be unavailable and, in the event of severe thunderstorms, they may be closed for safety reasons. In such cases, no refund of the admission ticket will be provided; the same applies in the event of other circumstances of force majeure, involuntary power outages, etc.

2.4 Children under 120 cm in height must be accompanied and constantly supervised by an adult and must wear armbands or life jackets. Without individual flotation devices, access to the swimming pool, slides and Paradiso will not be permitted.

2.5 Children under 140 cm in height may enter only if accompanied and constantly supervised by an adult, who assumes full legal responsibility for their supervision.

2.6 Customers are also required to use all equipment properly and to promptly report to Park staff any faults and/or malfunctions they may notice.

2.7 Video-surveillance systems are in operation inside the Park solely for the purpose of monitoring the safety and protection of persons and complying with the safety standards imposed by the competent Authorities and/or by the type of activity carried out by the operator.

2.8 In the event of lost property, guests may contact the Shop and/or email info@cinecittaworld.it.

2.9 Warning: the flooring in all areas of the Park may be slippery due to water from the attractions. Please walk carefully to ensure your own safety and that of other guests.

2.10 Persons with disabilities must be assisted by an adult companion in order to ensure their safety and compliance with the rules in force within the Park.

3. GENERAL RULES OF CONDUCT

3.1 Proper and mutually respectful behaviour is required inside Aqua World, based on simple rules of good manners.

3.2 Management reserves the right to refuse access to the attractions and revoke permission to remain in the Park for anyone who disrupts public order or the proper operation of the service, or who behaves in a manner offensive to decency or public morals. Staff may remove anyone who causes disturbance through inappropriate behaviour or conduct. Such guests will not be entitled to a refund of the admission ticket.

3.3 Aqua World accepts no liability for accidents or damage to persons or property caused by carelessness or failure to comply with safety rules within the Water Park or the car park.

3.4 Guests who fail to comply with these regulations and/or engage in improper and/or dangerous conduct towards themselves or others will be denied access or required to leave immediately without a refund, and a report may be filed with the Public Authorities.

**IT IS PROHIBITED **

to bring food and beverages into the Park, to bring weapons of any kind into the Park; staff reserve the right to carry out checks to ensure compliance with this prohibition and the safety of Guests; to walk around or remain in the swimming pools and adjoining areas without swimwear. Swimwear worn for access to the pools must be suitable from a hygiene and decency standpoint and comply with Public Safety regulations. Clothing respectful of the sensitivities and modesty of others, particularly minors, is also required in the area. Spitting into the pool water or releasing liquids of any kind into it, urinating, defecating or cleaning any wound is prohibited. Guests may not enter the pools if one or more parts of their body are covered with oils, creams or similar substances of any kind. Access to the pools and attractions is prohibited for persons whose physical or mental condition is impaired (drunkenness, effects of drugs, etc.), as is climbing on the edges of the pools or bringing and using poles or selfie sticks on the slides.

Consuming food or beverages inside the pools, using photographic or video devices inside the slides, except with written authorisation from the relevant office, and leaving bags, backpacks, money and valuables unattended are prohibited. Bags, helmets, telephones, etc. must therefore be stored in the lockers located at the Aqua World Shop or beneath the swimming pool Station. No liability is accepted in the event of damage or theft. It is prohibited to enter the swimming pool and attractions wearing clothing unsuitable for swimming, to enter the pools and attractions wearing flip-flops or footwear, necklaces, large earrings or, in general, carrying objects such as mobile phones, keys, etc., to enter the swimming pool in a wheelchair, to access areas closed to the public, to smoke in queue lines, food-service areas of the Park and, more generally, in the presence of minors, in accordance with the provisions of the competent authorities, to throw paper and waste outside the designated containers, to use sound-reproduction devices other than personal earphones, to bring musical instruments into the Park, to organise or hold shows, events or gatherings, to carry out sales and/or promotional activities, or to enter the Park with bulky items such as, for example, carts, cooler bags, suitcases and wheeled luggage, with the exception of pushchairs, wheelchairs or similar devices used for transporting children or persons with disabilities. The Park reserves the right to restrict access with any type of bag, suitcase or other container. In any case, regardless of their size, bringing glass objects and sharp objects of any kind into the Park is strictly prohibited, as is taking photographs showing the recognisable faces of third parties who have not given their consent.

IT IS MANDATORY

to enter the pools and attractions through the designated foot-washing and shower areas, which ensure the cleanliness of swimmers, and to occupy FREE sun loungers, deckchairs and chairs only for the period during which they are actually being used for resting. Any belongings and towels left unattended will be taken by staff to the Shop. The use of FREE sun loungers, deckchairs and chairs is guaranteed only while supplies last. All children under 120 cm in height must wear individual flotation devices in order to access the pools.

3.5 In order to ensure the safety of visitors, Management reserves the right at any time to restrict a visitor’s use of the slides and other attractions if it considers such use potentially dangerous to the visitor’s safety.

**4. CONDUCT ON ATTRACTIONS **

4.1 Aqua World’s swimming pool and slides have been designed and built to ensure maximum safety for anyone using them correctly.

4.2 In order to ensure the maximum safety of guests, certain slides and attractions may be subject to specific conditions of use relating to age, height, weight and physical or health conditions; each Customer is therefore required to strictly comply with the instructions for use displayed at the entrance to each attraction. By way of example, access to certain attractions may be prohibited for: pregnant women and persons with disabilities whose particular conditions are such that their own safety or that of others cannot be guaranteed when using the attractions and/or aquatic areas.

4.3 Use of the attractions is not recommended for elderly persons, people with heart conditions or psychologically unstable individuals. Any instructions given by lifeguards must be strictly followed, and guests must immediately leave the slide landing area after completing their descent.

4.4 Use of the slides is subject to users’ height and weight. Guests are invited to carefully consider the number of activities available to minors in relation to their height, as no compensation will subsequently be due in the event of complaints. It is prohibited to descend the slides headfirst, standing up, kneeling or in any manner inconsistent with their intended use; it is also prohibited to wear necklaces, watches, glasses, jewellery, bracelets, etc. during the descent;

4.5 Since guests descend the slides at significant speed, each user assumes responsibility for their own conduct during the descent and undertakes not to use the slide if they do not consider themselves capable of controlling their position while descending. Aqua World accepts no liability for injuries caused during the descent as a result of collisions with the slide or with other users.

4.6 The use of fins, mermaid tails, drones or remote-controlled toys of any kind, frisbees and, in general, any flying object is not permitted in the pools or inside the Park, nor is the consumption of food and/or beverages or anything else that Management may consider dangerous to pool users. Non-slip water shoes are permitted;

4.7 bringing audio/video recording equipment, with or without mounting systems, onto the attractions.

5. CLOTHING

5.1 Access to the Park is not permitted while wearing clothing or displaying behaviour that does not respect the sensitivities of families and minors; topless bathing is therefore not permitted, and appropriate swimwear must be worn, whether a bikini, one-piece swimsuit, burkini or swimming shorts.

5.2 Children under 3 years of age must wear containment swimwear in addition to swimming nappies. Offenders will be required to leave the pools.

6. FIRST AID

6.1 Any injuries must be reported immediately to Park Management so that their severity can be assessed.

6.2 The Park has staff trained in first aid who can provide initial treatment in the event of minor incidents. In all other cases, guests may be accompanied to the first-aid station located in the Far West area of Cinecittà World and/or emergency medical assistance may be requested by calling 118.

7. FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICES

7.1 Aqua World has several food-service outlets where food and beverages may be purchased and consumed.

7.2 Food, beverages in glass containers, cans and alcoholic drinks may not be brought into the Park. An equipped picnic area is available before the entrance turnstiles.

8. ANIMALS

8.1 Animals may not be brought into Aqua World for hygiene reasons.

9. PRIVACY

9.1 In accordance with the applicable legislation, personal data provided by guests and/or collected at Aqua World will be processed in compliance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of privacy and individual rights. The Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is available on the Aqua World website and sets out the methods, purposes and timeframes for the collection and use of personal data, the methods used for storing and protecting such data, the types of data collected, together with an indication of whether guests’ consent is required for the processing and storage of such data. The Policy also identifies the data controllers and any joint controllers, as well as all applicable rights and the procedures for exercising them.

9.2 Video-surveillance systems are in operation in certain areas of Aqua World solely for the purpose of monitoring the safety and protection of persons and complying with the safety standards imposed by the competent Authorities and/or by the type of activity carried out by the operator; the images collected are processed and stored in accordance with the Privacy Policy. By entering the Park, users acknowledge that they have read and understood the contents of these regulations and undertake to comply with them. In any event, the Park shall under no circumstances be held liable for any damage suffered by users as a result of a breach of these regulations. Offenders may be removed from the Park, without prejudice to Management’s right, in the most serious cases, to report them to the competent public authorities.
